Hoyne Brewing Company is looking to fill a Territory Sales Representative Position - SOUTH ISLAND. The successful candidate will be charismatic, intelligent, and ambitious. Their communication and organizational skills will be sharply honed, and they will have a deep appreciation for Craft Beer, especially Hoyne beers.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including bars, restaurants, liquor stores, and other retail partners. Collaborate with stores to ensure timely and effective product placement and promotions.
Brand Representation: Be the face of Hoyne Brewing Company in your designated area (Westshore, Victoria) embodying our brand values and communicating our story to customers and partners. Conduct tastings, events, and promotions to increase brand visibility and loyalty.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences. Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team to inform decision-making.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, in the craft beer or beverage industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of the South Vancouver Island market and its key players.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Passion for craft beer and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing that passion with others.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Salary Range:
$50k-$68k depending on experience.
