The first in our Young Lions series, Carte Blanche was devised, curated and crafted by four apprentice brewers at our brewery. With Sean Hoyne lending his insights and knowledge, the Young Lions were set free to create a beer of their own and they delivered a beautiful, hazy, white IPA with wheat malt and Belgian yeast.
